FAQ

Do I need to book?

Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. We run fixed 1.5 hour session times everyday with limited numbers available per session (Weekday morning sessions run for 2.5 hours, excluding school holidays). Online bookings are the best way to secure your preferred time. Mini Golf is the only activity that does not require a booking as it does not have session times.

 Do spectators need to pay?

No, we welcome spectators to cheer on/support and supervise without the need for buying a ticket.

Where are you located?

We are on the corner of Albany Hwy and Sanford Rd. Most of our parking is under our building via Sanford Rd.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sports clothing is recommended for ninja, climbing and monkey bunker.  CLOSED IN SHOES ARE REQUIRED (sports shoes recommended) for all activities. Rock-climbing shoes are required for Boulder Island (hire shoes available for $5)

Do I need to sign a waiver?

A once-off online safety waiver does need to be signed to participate in all activities except mini golf. Without waivers being signed our activities would be far too expensive due to high insurance costs. A parent must sign this online waiver on behalf of their child even if their child will be attending with another adult.

What ages can attend?

We cater for tiny tots (must be walking) through to adults. Naturally mini golf is all ages but other activities have age groups:

  • Unhinge the Ninja 10* and up
  • Boulder Island 5 and up (Children aged 5-11 must be accompanied by a participating adult)
  • Monkey Bunker (includes junior Ninja course and junior climbing wall) 12 and under
  • The Workshop is 5 and up

*10-12 year olds have the choice to participate in either Unhinge the Ninja or Monkey Bunker (with the Junior Ninja course). This is because there are some children in this age bracket who are more adventurous than others. We strongly recommended all 10-12 year olds start on the Junior Ninja course (in Monkey Bunker) for their first visit.

Why is Unhinge the Ninja restricted to 10 year olds and up?

Due to the advanced nature of most of the obstacles and recommendations from KidSafe, along with adult participants within this zone it has been deemed a necessary safety requirement for age groups to be separated.

Do I need to supervise my kids?

Children under 12 will require adult supervision at all times unless attending one of our classes or workshops.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Yes, but limited space means we recommend you book online in advance. Please visit our party page for further details.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

We have a range of snack food options including locally made cakes, as well as cold drinks, Naked Bean coffee and Naked Bean hot chocolate (50cent discount off hot drinks if you bring your own reusable cup – or buy one of our Bamboo reusable coffee cups to receive a free coffee!).

We ask that no outside drinks be bought into the building (although we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle to limit single use plastic bottles). BYO birthday cakes and BYO food permitted for booked parties. Sorry no alcohol permitted on the premises.

What is your policy on no-shows?

Due to limited space we do not offer refunds on no-shows for any activities or party reservations.

Do you run classes or workshops?

We will be commencing classes and workshops in mid 2020 for senior and junior Ninja, as well as rock climbing. Please register your interest at our classes page
