Do I need to book?
Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends and school holidays. We run fixed 1.5 hour session times everyday with limited numbers available per session (Weekday morning sessions run for 2.5 hours, excluding school holidays). Online bookings are the best way to secure your preferred time. Mini Golf is the only activity that does not require a booking as it does not have session times.
Do spectators need to pay?
No, we welcome spectators to cheer on/support and supervise without the need for buying a ticket.
Where are you located?
We are on the corner of Albany Hwy and Sanford Rd. Most of our parking is under our building via Sanford Rd.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sports clothing is recommended for ninja, climbing and monkey bunker. CLOSED IN SHOES ARE REQUIRED (sports shoes recommended) for all activities excluding Mini Golf. Rock-climbing shoes are required for Boulder Island (hire shoes available for $5)
Do I need to sign a waiver?
A once-off online safety waiver needs to be signed to participate in all activities except mini golf. We strongly recommend to sign this waiver on your smartphone (holding the phone landscape is helpful) before you attend to save time when you arrive. Without waivers being signed our activities would be far too expensive due to high insurance costs. A parent or legal guardian must sign this online waiver on behalf of their child even if their child will be attending with another adult.
How safe are our activities?
All of our activities have been inspected and certified by KidSafe WA. You are welcome to inspect the KidSafe certification onsite throughout our centre. Should you (or your organisation) require a copy of this certification please feel free to email us at email@example.com
What ages can attend?
We cater for tiny tots (must be walking) through to adults. Naturally mini golf is all ages but other activities have age groups:
- Unhinge the Ninja age 8yrs* and older including teenagers & adults
- Boulder Island age 5yrs and older (Children aged 5-11 must be accompanied by a supervising adult)
- Monkey Bunker (includes junior Ninja course and junior climbing wall) age 10 and under
- The Workshop is age 5 and older
*8-10 year olds have the choice to participate in either Unhinge the Ninja or Monkey Bunker (with the Junior Ninja course). This is because there are some children in this age bracket who are more adventurous than others.
Why is Unhinge the Ninja restricted to 8 year olds and up?
Due to the advanced nature of most of the obstacles plus recommendations from KidSafe, along with adult participants within this zone, it has been deemed a necessary safety requirement for age groups to be separated. This age admission was previously 10 years and older but due to our proven safety records it has been recently changed by KidSafe to 8 years and older.
Do I need to supervise my kids?
Children under 12 will require adult supervision at all times unless attending one of our instructor-led classes or workshops.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes we sure do, but limited space means we recommend you book online in advance. Please visit our party page for further details.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
We ask that no outside drinks be bought into the building .
BYO birthday cakes and BYO food welcome for booked parties. Sorry no alcohol permitted on the premises.
We have a range of snack food options including locally made cakes, as well as cold drinks, Naked Bean coffee and Naked Bean hot chocolate (50cent discount off hot drinks if you bring your own reusable cup – or buy one of our Bamboo reusable coffee cups to receive a free coffee!).
What is your policy on no-shows?
Due to limited space we do not offer refunds on no-shows for any activities or party reservations.
Do you run classes or workshops?
We run after-school classes and workshops every term for senior and junior Ninja, as well as rock climbing. Please register your interest at firstname.lastname@example.org and see our Classes page for more details.
